I heard such a word a few months ago.
Kenneth Copeland often says, "One word from God will change everything." I have found this to be true in my life. I think we have all had times when one word from God changed everything.
Today, God reminded me of the moment I heard Him speak one word to me---that changed everything I was walking through my house to unwind for the day. Just as I stepped through the door, the Lord said to me "Pino."
I replied, "Lord, isn't that a wine?" Patiently, He repeated, "P.I.N.O."
I walked into my room as I pondered this word. Next, I pulled out my computer and looked up the meaning of Pino.
Oh, how I love when God speaks something to me that I have no way of knowing apart from Him!
It turns out, the word, Pino, is a Hebrew word. Actually, a Hebrew name which means He will enlarge. More specifically it means, He will enlarge our borders, our boundaries. This jumped in my spirit! The Lord had been talking to me about boundaries and borders just hours before.
I began to dig a little deeper. I also began to pray and ask God some questions, such as, "how do I enlarge?" It is important that we ask God what we should do when He speaks a word to us so that we can step into the word He has given.
As I dug a little deeper I found even more. It doesn't just mean an enlargement of our boundaries and borders. By definition it means, Yahweh will enlarge our boundaries and borders.
Oh, my goodness! Do you see the difference? We don't have to do it, God will do it!
He is revealing this truth to us in Isaiah 54 which says, "Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman," says the Lord. "Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.
For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited. Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore. For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is His name; and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.
For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, like a youthful wife when you were refused," says your God. "For a mere moment, I have forsaken you, but with great mercies I will gather you. With a little wrath, I hid My face from you for a moment; but with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you," says the Lord, your Redeemer. "For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord, who has mercy on you. "O you afflicted one, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, and lay your foundations with sapphires. I will make your pinnacles of rubies, your gates of crystal, and all your walls of precious stones.
All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children. In righteousness you shall be established; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you. Indeed, they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake. Behold, I have created the blacksmith who blows the coals in the fire, who brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the spoiler to destroy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord.
I was in tears by the time I finished reading this scripture! This is an awesome promise to us from God.
Enlargement! Increase! This is our heritage as servants of the Lord. This is part of our covenant with God! It is already ours for the taking!
God is saying, it's Pino time, I will enlarge you! This is His word for you and for me. Can you receive it?
Many times, in the promises of God we have a part to play. I don't believe this is one of those. If you are one who has been found faithful. If you are one who has been standing firm on His promises. If you are one of those, I believe He is speaking this to you today. He is saying, "it's YOUR Pino time, I, Yahweh will enlarge you, I will expand your borders, your boundaries."
All we need to do is believe. Blessed are those who believe and have not seen.
(Luke 11:28) Blessed or empowered to prosper are those who take God at His word. To believe God is our part in this promise. Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still and know that I am God." We only need to be still, trust in God and align ourselves with this word.
How do we do that? With the words of our mouth.
Come into agreement with His word in this season. He is enlarging the place of your tent and broadening your borders. Even if you don't yet see it in the natural, it's important that we don't prevent what God has declared over this season by our words, but instead trust that He is well able to do what He said He would do!
Get ready! It's Pino time!
